The Fox Cities Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Inc. presented its 2008 Manufacturer of the Year Awards on Tuesday, October 28, to three area firms, and its Athena Award to an outstanding businesswoman at the business organization's annual meeting held at the Radisson Paper Valley Hotel.
